You are funny Tab. I didn't post it because I kindof cheated on it. Bi-Lo had this marinade on sale because it goes bad in a few months (it was like a $1). The brand is Acadia and it's got mostly organic ingredients (no preservatives or corn syrup either!). Anyway, it's called "Wild and Spicy Raspberry Jerk." It is a sauce and a marinade. I hadn't tried it before, but it was delicious. It is spicy so, beware. I marinated the salmon from breakfast time to dinner time and then just baked it for about 15 minutes. EEEEEzy.
