No, no family secret there. I'll post it tonight. It does require making the starter, and I think it takes 3 days, and then you can make the bread. So you should have enough time. It's way easy!

Hey Joc, can you make the starter, or do you have to have some already going? I still have starter, and I'm afraid to let it die b/c I was thinking I couldn't make the bread anymore.
