- Fri--Chick-fil-a (took dinner to Ken at the station)
- Sat--Lisa's chicken tostadas w/ avocado salsa

Hey Lisa! I do either one - in plastic wrap then foil or (since I know how you feel about plastic wrap) in a ziploc. Then I just let it thaw on the counter. I better check and see when the tenth day is coming, I guess it's probably soon, huh?
I think it should be Wednesday. Thanks for the freezing tips!
Lisa- I do it exactly how Karen does it! Of course, I'm incredibly sensitive to freezer-burn taste, so I usually double plastic wrap, then foil or ziploc. But I'm just a little bit crazy like that! :)
